Flower Club Notice

I understand that Flower Club bouquets are florist-led and seasonal. One bouquet will be delivered each month for my chosen subscription length on my selected delivery date. If this date falls on a Sunday or Monday, delivery will take place on the next available delivery day.

Order for local flower delivery across selected North Wales areas (delivery zone) OR collect from our Rhos-on-Sea flower shop.

Delivery

We deliver flowers between 10am and 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

We do not currently deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

If an order is placed for a Sunday or Monday, it will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
Collection

Click & Collect is available Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Collection is unavailable on Sundays and Mondays.

Frequently asked questions

How do I care for my fresh flowers?
Remove any packaging, trim the stems at an angle, and place your flowers in a clean vase with fresh water. Keep them away from direct sunlight, radiators, draughts and fruit bowls, as heat and ripening fruit can shorten their vase life.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be carefully prepared and delivered locally by hand from one of our team members or trusted couriers. Fresh flowers will be arranged, packaged and transported with care so they arrive looking beautiful and ready to enjoy.

If you’re sending flowers as a gift, we’ll include your message with the order and make sure everything is presented beautifully.
Why can’t I select today’s date at checkout?
If today’s date is no longer available, it usually means the same-day cut-off has passed or we’ve reached capacity for the day. You’ll still be able to choose the next available delivery or collection date from the calendar.
What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
Same-day flower delivery is available when you order before 12pm.

Orders placed after the cut-off can be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Same-day local delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday, we do not currently offer same-day delivery on Sundays or Mondays.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day local delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday on selected flowers when orders are placed before the daily cut-off time (12:00 pm).

Where do you deliver to?
We offer local flower delivery across North Wales and selected surrounding areas. Delivery availability and pricing are based on your postcode and will be shown at checkout once you enter your delivery details.
