Same-day local delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday, we do not currently offer same-day delivery on Sundays or Mondays.
Why can’t I select today’s date at checkout?
If today’s date is no longer available, it usually means the same-day cut-off has passed or we’ve reached capacity for the day. You’ll still be able to choose the next available delivery or collection date from the calendar.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be carefully prepared and delivered locally by hand from one of our team members or trusted couriers. Fresh flowers will be arranged, packaged and transported with care so they arrive looking beautiful and ready to enjoy.

If you’re sending flowers as a gift, we’ll include your message with the order and make sure everything is presented beautifully.

FLOWER CARE

How do I care for my fresh flowers?
Remove any packaging, trim the stems at an angle, and place your flowers in a clean vase with fresh water. Keep them away from direct sunlight, radiators, draughts and fruit bowls, as heat and ripening fruit can shorten their vase life.
How often should I change the water?
Refresh the water every 2–3 days and give the vase a quick clean before placing the flowers back in. Re-trimming the stems when you change the water will also help them drink properly and last longer.
How long will my flowers last?
Fresh flowers are natural and their vase life varies depending on the varieties used, the season and how they’re cared for. Following the care instructions will help you enjoy them for as long as possible.
Some of my flowers arrived closed. Is that normal?
Yes. Some flowers may arrive in bud so you can enjoy them as they open at home. This is completely normal and often means your arrangement will last longer.
Where should I keep my flowers?
A cool room is best. Avoid placing your flowers in strong sunlight, near heating, next to open windows or close to fruit. A little care makes a big difference.
