Delivery and Returns

Your shipping costs

Offering standard free delivery on all orders,  I aim to dispatch within 7 days, however for bespoke orders this can take up to 7-10 days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed I will contact you via email.

All orders are dispatched to the delivery address that is specified at checkout so please ensure that this is correct.

Returning your item

You can return your item within 7 days of receipt of the delivery. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and please ensure you send the parcel recorded delivery and keep hold of the receipt until you receive your refund.

Faulty items

On the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged, or your item is faulty, please email straight away to with photograph evidence. This must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery. 

 Personalised floral displays 

Please note, refunds are not provided on the bespoke floral service. Due to the nature of the service, you will be kept up to date, notified and images will be sent to you of the final product. Once payment is made, the display is sent to you as seen and agreed during the final stages of the service.
